This version is an early Web2 prototype for project and milestone workflows.
Simulation records
Reviewer and project simulation units are internal, off-chain activity records only. They are not tokens or securities, have no monetary value, cannot be transferred, traded, claimed, redeemed, or withdrawn, and create no ownership, governance, payment, profit, or automatic future-token right.
Research risk
Projects are proposals and may not deliver expected outcomes. Reviews and milestones reduce uncertainty but do not eliminate risk.
Governance
Rules for funding, disclosure, review, and disputes may evolve through OSN governance. Any future issuance or tokenization would require a separate policy, legal review, and explicit user disclosure.
